Install Net Framework 3.5 Offline

Enable .Net Framework 3.5 (include .Net 2.0 and 3.0))


Run CMD (Run As Administrator) - copy this directory to Command Prompt

DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /ALL /NoRestart
